These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website tbytechnology.com and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by TBY TECHNOLOGY L.L.C S.O.C ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

We provide cloud infrastructure, datacenter solutions, online gaming services, white-label gaming platforms, game server hosting, and related technology services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
All payments are processed through third-party providers (including Pallapay). You agree to pay all fees in full and on time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
All content, software, and technology provided by us remain our exclusive property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
